Purpose: The Marketing tab tracks “catalog” information. This information can be used in a printed and/or on-line catalog.
Launch Point: This tab can be launched from:

Example:
The sub-tabs include memo fields that hold the various copy for an event listing in a “catalog”. Each of these fields can be set as either plain text or HTML text allowing for WYSIWYG editing.
Note: To change what type of field is used on each tab see the Use HTML formatting on listings in the Events – HTML Events area of System Preferences.
Marketing Copy: The marketing copy for this event.
Designed: A description of what the event is designed to accomplish.
Objective: The objectives that are to be met in the event.
Major Subjects: The major subjects covered in the event.
Prerequisites: What prerequisites, if any, are required for admission to this event.
Advanced Prep: Any advanced preparation that is needed for the event.
Miscellaneous: Any additional information about the event.
KeyWords: If you are listing your events on a website this field is used to facilitate a “keyword” search on events. Entry can be done from a pre-defined list of entries, free form text, or a combination of the two.
Confirmation: In addition to the Message Code and Note fields on the Data tab, text can be entered in this memo field for printing on the confirmation report.
Testimonials: Customer testimonials can be entered in this memo field.
Course description edited: The date the course description was last edited.
