Purpose: Used to monitor changes made by staff to Names records. It lists the “old” and “new” values of any fields that have been changed within a specified date range. If more than one change was made to a given field within the specified period, the report will list the current value only on subsequent changes, since the old value is already shown in the previous change (ie.. the “new” value in the first change is automatically the “old” value for the second change).
