Purpose: This report list all ex-members who died, resigned, or were terminated from the specified date to today. It also includes any members who were re-instated within the same period.
Launch Point: This report can be launched from the following location(s):
•Names → Reports → Status Changes →
Example: When the report is launched the report wizard will open
