Legislator Mail Merge

 

Purpose:  Generates a file to be used as the data file in a merge document. One record for each legislator is in the file unless the user selects ‘Include Contact Information’ in the report wizard. In this case the legislator record will also contain a field for each contact (up to 15). The selection criteria is used allowing the user to determine the individuals who are selected.
