Purpose: This program will generate a file to be used as the data file in a merge document. One record for each contact is in the file unless the user selects ‘Include Legislator Information’ in the report wizard. In this case the contact record will also contain a field for each legislator the person is a contact for (up to 15). The selection criteria is used allowing the user to determine the individuals who are selected.
