Purpose:  Provide a way to link text to the file maintenance record or launch email to e-mail address.

Example:

When text is shown as a link for a file maintenance record, open the file maintenance record by clicking on the link text.

In the example above, when the link text for the facility is clicked that Firms file maintenance record is opened.

When the link text is an e-mail address.

Clicking on the link text will open a new email message with that e-mail address in the To field
