Confirmations are now available in AM.NET.
If your society is already using AM.NET, print and email report forms should be available in the same format they appear in AM4.
Most facets of the AM.NET Confirmations report work the same way as AM4 (steps, options, etc.). (See AM.NETWorks issue 2 for more information on AM.NET’s report user interface.) However, there is one important difference—emailing.
In AM4, the system automatically emails a confirmation to all people who matched the criteria for receiving an emailed confirmation, and then displays the Completed Report Options Menu.

In AM.NET, however, there is a separate explorer bar group on the left side of the window that allows you to send the email documents whenever you wish.

This way, you can print confirmations and exit the report without emailing confirmations and vice versa. AM.NET will only update confirmation dates for the records you processed. This was not possible in AM4 since the system automatically sent emails with no interaction from the user.
Emailed confirmations in AM.NET also have another great advantage over AM4: you can format them in HTML. AM4 only allowed plain text email documents. HTML formatting allows greater flexibility in custom design options, many of which are simply not possible with plain text.
If you would like
your confirmation re-designed in HTML format, please contact
user support to discuss any changes. Please keep in mind, however, that
we are hard at work developing general features in AM.NET, and custom requests
may take longer to process than in the past. We appreciate your patience as
we try to bring you all the features you depend on in AM4 to AM.NET.
