Zip Code Update

 

Purpose:  To update the zip +4 data on the names and firms records. Originally, this routine only updated the home address, because that’s all that was required in order to run the subsequent legislative district update.  However, the routine has since been expanded to update both the home and office addresses, in order to improve delivery and cost on general mass mailings.  In that sense, the routine is now more than just a lobbying routine, but it remains in this location because of its original (and still primary) purpose.

 

Launch Point: This routine can be launched from the following location(s):

 

•      Lobbying → Routines → Aristotle Data Updates →

 

Example:  When the routine is launched a window will open

 

Select the option you want to run and click Perform Zipcode Correction.

 

Click OK to run the routine.
