Statements - Individual

 

Purpose:  Lists journal transactions for each event within the specified criteria. The report layout is customized for each association.

 

Launch Point:  This report can be launched from the following location(s):

 

•      Events → Reports → Financial →

 

Example:  When the report is launched the report wizard will open

 

 

The report layout can show the individuals name, ID, address, event code, event name, event date, and

transaction information (including fees, adjustments, payments, and refunds).

 

Includes options for person to print a statement for (one person, all persons with an outstanding balance, or all persons regardless of balance), events to include (all, all seminars, all conferences or one event), event date range and registration date range.
