Legislator Mail Merge

 

Purpose:  Generates a file to be used as the data file in a merge document. One record for each legislator is in the file and includes their name, address, and district. The selection criteria is used allowing the user to determine the individuals who are selected.

 

Launch Point:  This report can be launched from the following location(s):

 

•      Lobbying → Reports → Mailings →

 

Example:  When the report is launched the report wizard will open
