Erase Registration

 

Purpose:  To erase a registration from the system.

 

Launch Point: This routine can be launched from the following location(s):

 

•      Names → File Maintenance → Event Tab → Context Menu on Event Registrations Grid →

 

Note: The relevant registration needs to be highlighted in the grid before you right-click to bring up the context menu.

 

Example:  When the routine is launched a window will open

 

The Erase Registration routine allows the user to totally “erase” a registration made that same day, as long as it has not yet had a payment posted against it.  When the registration is erased, it is completely deleted from the system and will be as if it had never been entered. This routine is only meant to be used in the situation when someone calls back shortly after registering for an event and says that they have changed their mind and do not want to be registered.
